Modernly equipped production machines

Our modern industrial production machines enable us various ways of foams processing and complete solutions for the most diverse requirements of our customers.

Cutting

Cutting is the first and the most important step in making any foam product. To produce beds or further foam processing, we cut the foam into plates of various dimensions and thicknesses intended. Modern machines enable us horizontal and vertical cutting, angle cuts, profile cuts, bevel cuts, and CNC copying of all types of foam. Simultaneous cutting of several blocks ensures fast and efficient processing. With the latest band knives, cuts up to 3 mm thick can be made.

Contour cutting

According to your model, we cut the foam into various, even the most demanding geometric shapes. Based on your model, the cutting contours are properly digitized and then cut into a custom shape with the help of state-of-the-art, automated cutting machines. Special customer-specific surface treatment is possible (3D profiling, pyramid cut). We can create a wide variety of shapes, from simple profiles to complex 2D or 3D shapes.

Water jet

Water jet technology enables us to cut the material under high pressure. It is suitable for high-precision cutting of various materials such as foam, rubber, metal, wood, leather. Exceptional precision and purity of the cut give top results and enable the design of a wide range of 3D shapes, engravings, curves, and inscriptions. The maximum dimension of the panels is 3 x 2.5 m. The thickness of the cut depends mainly on the type of material.

Perforation

The advanced drilling machine allows us to perforate the foam as desired to create technological innovations (climate-controlled seats) and create exciting designs. Perforated foam is very often used for the production of car seats and mattresses.

Bonding

With high-tech water-based or solvent-based adhesives, we connect various foams into larger blocks and thus increase the functionality and quality of products.

The two-layer bonding allows connecting foams with different properties, which significantly improves the seat and back upholstery.

Edge reinforcement is a unique way of bonding that strengthens the products made of otherwise soft materials. Inserting more rigid foam on the folds increases the quality of the edges, prevents settling, and ensures a flat and smooth fold.

Lamination

According to your preferences, we can laminate the foam or connect it with other materials such as wood, leather, metal, rubber, etc. When laminating with leather, we are especially cautious and only use low-temperature processes. At the beginning of the process, we adequately protect the leather and make sure it stays soft and supple even on more complex surfaces.

White upholstery

The foam can be covered with a mesh or non-woven fabric for easier handling and covering. This is especially suitable for foams, intended for further processing, such as furniture or car seat upholstery and mattresses. The smooth surface of the cover makes it easier to handle and apply the foam with a rougher surface structure and simultaneously serves as a durable protective layer.
